Weigh-in #3 of My How to Get Rid of Belly Fat Journey!

This is my weigh-in video #3 on my last diet plan journey to help me get rid of my belly fat.

And I've managed to lose 2st / 28lbs in just one month which I am pleased about!
I'm not there at my target goal of 14.5st / 203lbs yet, but I think by my next weigh-in, I should be!

15st, I can't believe I've lost 2st in one month, that's down from 17.2st

Still showing that I'm “overweight” on the NHS Calculator , but at least my BMI is continuously coming down!

Body Fat Percentage

Same as my weigh-in #2 post, “Men are considered borderline obese at 25% body fat and clinically obese at 30%”, so I am still in the range of being obese, but my percentage is definitely coming down!

At each weigh-in, my visceral fat is decreasing which I am so happy about. Still a way to go, but I'm getting closer to a healthy range.

Blood Pressure Level

My Blood Pressure for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat Weigh-In #3
A little panicked at first when seeing this reading, thinking my blood pressure was too low, but after looking at the NHS blood pressure page I could see I'm in an ideal blood pressure range which is between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg.

Blood Glucose Level

Again, My blood glucose is within the normal range (3.9–5.5 mmol/L  / 70–99 mg/dl ) of a person without diabetes… which I haven't got!

Blood Ketone Level

At my last weigh-in, my Keto levels (3.7 mmol/L) were too high for being optimal, but now I'm in the optimal range for maximizing weight loss.
