Here's my 2nd weigh-in video of my “how to get rid of my belly fat” journey!

I've been on this diet for just about two weeks now, and I definitely feel like the weight is coming off a little. The readings from the scales show that I'm losing weight so, hopefully, I'll be losing that “OBESE” label I acquired on my first weigh-in, soon!

I wasn't going to post another BMI picture, thinking I don't want another picture saying I'm OBESE, but after putting my details in the NHS Calculator, it came back that I was ONLY overweight this time LOL, so I was happy to post it!

As per my weigh-in #1 post, “Men are considered borderline obese at 25% body fat and clinically obese at 30%” so I'm still in the range of being obese range according to my body fat percentage!

Blood Pressure Level

More or less the same as my first weigh-in and I'm still in an ideal blood pressure range! I think my pulse is a little high because I'd just run up the stairs before taking my readings.

Blood Glucose Level

My blood glucose is within the normal range (3.9–5.5 mmol/L  / 70–99 mg/dl) of a person without diabetes… which I haven't got!

Blood Ketone Level

My reading of 3.7 mmol/L is a little high for being optimal, and from my research, I need to add a little more protein to my diet to bring down the reading to an optimal level which is between 1.5 & 3.0 mmol/L for maximizing weight loss. It means that insulin levels are very low.
