As you will see from my video, I'm not very comfortable in front of the camera, but I'm that committed to this belly fat burning journey that I don't care what people think about me, I just want this belly fat gone!

This reading was a real eye-opener “OBESE”
Never in my life would I have ever thought I'd be classed as obese! This is my personal reading from the NHS.

Body Fat Percentage

My Body Fat Percentage for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
31% Ouch!… Men are considered borderline obese at 25% body fat and clinically obese at 30%, while women are borderline obese at 30% and clinically obese at 35% body fat.

Visceral Fat Percentage

My Visceral Fat Percentage for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
My Visceral Fat Percentage Range Chart for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
 Between 1 to 12 in the range indicates a healthy level of visceral fat. While the red zone would indicate an excess level of visceral fat!

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)

My Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
This means my body will burn 2152 calories each day if I engage in no activity for the entire day.

Blood Pressure Level

My Blood Pressure for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
I was a little worried when I first saw this reading, thinking I had low blood pressure as I've always been led to believe that your blood pressure should be 120/80, but after a little research, I found I was in an ideal blood pressure range!

Blood Glucose Level

My Blood Glucose Level for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
My blood glucose is within the normal range (3.9–5.5 mmol/L | 70–99 mg/dl ) of a person without diabetes… which I haven't!

Blood Ketone Level

My Blood Ketone Level for My Last Diet Plan & How to Get Rid of Belly Fat.
A ketone level somewhere between 1.5 & 3.0 is said to be an optimal level for maximizing weight loss. It means that insulin levels are very low. As you can see from my first measurement of 0.2, it is quite a way off from being optimal!
