I suppose any form of exercise is okay as long as you are burning calories and fat. But for me, options were limited with being confined to the house during COVID19 lockdown, and having three young children in the house made it impossible to get away from the house.
So, how could I get rid of my belly fat and exercise at the same time? Luckily for me, I have never been keen on going to the gym or running as a way of keeping myself fit. I had previously got myself some alternative exercise equipment back before my last failed weight loss attempt back in July 2019.
As with my last failed weight loss attempt, I will be using the same pieces of equipment (below) as before…
However, I think my main focus will be to use the vertical climbing machine as my main form of exercise because of how it can burn more calories per second than anything else out there, and secondly, you get a great cross crawl motion across your full body which gives you a great upper/lower body workout as well as your core and arms.

1: Vertical Climbing Machine
4 x (HIIT) Sets – 10 minutes each set.
22 mins in total will burn approx. 338 calories.
N.B. The vertical climber I am using only has one sensor on the left stepper. So only counts the calorie from the left of the climber. You need to 2x the results to provide you with an accurate reading of your calories burned! (Don't buy cheap LOL!)

See N.B above.
That's nearly 339 calories burned for a 22 minutes workout. Not bad compared to the 295 calories I'd burn on a 22 minute run!
2: Rope Climbing Machine
Not sure how many calories I burn when doing this exercise, but I do 3 sets x 10 rotations.
3: Press Up Bars

4: Ab Roller

5: 2 Dumb Bells
