How to Get Rid of Unwanted Belly Fat Quickly with My Simple 2-Step Diet & Exercise Method!

Before I go into my simple 2-step diet & exercise method, I just wanted to share with you one of the photos from my first attempt to document my weight loss journey back in July 2019 and how it didn't go as planned!

And where I actually gained more weight before my SUCCESSFUL second attempt!

I was drinking the Flat Belly Fix herbal "weight loss" tea, that included various spices like turmeric, ginger, & cinnamon, but it tasted that bad I had to stop drinking it!

And having tried numerous strict calorie counting and food measuring diets over the years that didn't work for me, even when I dropped down to 2000 calories for a day...

I knew there had to be a better way, and I think I found it!

After some research on how to get rid of unwanted belly fat, I came up with the ketogenic diet, which sounds more appealing the more I dig into it!  They say you can eat all your favorite foods and still lose weight :-)

So, what is a ketogenic diet?

The keto diet is a high-fat, low-carb, low to moderate protein diet...

And by drastically restricting carbohydrates in your diet, your body will enter and sustain ketosis, a metabolic state where your body burns a highly efficient fuel called ketones.

Your goal is to replace carb heavy foods with keto-friendly foods.

This will help you eat fewer calories than before and help you jump-start and sustain ketosis

You will need to focus on meat, high-fat dairy, healthy oils, leafy greens and above-ground vegetables, nuts, seeds, avocados and berries.

You'll need to avoid grains, sugar, fruit and starchy vegetables.

The results from this alone can be amazing, even with no exercise you will lose weight naturally, but for faster results, I would recommend that you incorporate some form of exercise into your diet if you want to get rid of your belly fat quickly!
