How to Get Rid of Belly Fat!

Seriously, this is it… My Last Diet Plan!
I'm not being fat anymore!
Just look at that photo, where the hell did that come from? It wasn't there in my 30s!
And now that I'm 49, all I can think of is how am I going to get rid of my belly fat once and for all?!
Having tried various diets over the last couple of years and not following through on any of them, plus gaining more weight rather than losing it, I've decided to create this blog to record my weight loss journey and hold myself accountable in an effort to help me burn this unwanted belly fat!
A recent study on “accountability” by the The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) found that you have a 65% better chance of completing a goal if you commit to someone.
So, I've decided to make mine public!
I've always been fairly slim up until the age of about 30 where I started to notice my clothes sizes to increase and it seemed all the weight was going straight to my belly!!!
One of my biggest faults is that I've got a complete lack of willpower, and I cannot eat anything in moderation!
I'm the type of person that will eat the whole packet of biscuits instead of just one or two!
And when I fall off the diet wagon, I really fall off it!
So, after some research I think I've found the diet for me!
A diet where I don't have to starve myself to lose weight, and apparently, I can still eat the foods I love!
